I was recently overseas for an extended period of time and Averlea cared for my two boys. She sent updates every day about how they were getting on, and pictures of them playing and enjoying treats. When one of the boys unexpectedly needed vet treatment, Averlea went above and beyond. She spent extra time taking him to the vet and checking on him and provided updates on how he was healing. My two boys loved her and I am very grateful for the care she showed them and the peace of mind she gave me. I will definitely book Averlea again.

Her communication is great and she sent regular photos through to reassure us. My dogs appeared happy and normal when we returned home. She even left a lovely note and chocolates for the kids. Will have no hesitation booking Averlea again.
